How long will it take to receive my items?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email containing tracking details. Please allow 24-48 hours for the courier to update the status of your parcel. Our shipments are handled by UPS or USPS and delivery times may differ depending on the chosen shipping method.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we exclusively offer shipping to addresses within North America, South America, Europe, Asia, and Australia. If you have any questions on shipping, please contact hello@bluhourofficial.com

What should I do if my package is lost, missing, or stolen?

Bluhour cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages after the courier marks your delivery as complete. Should you have any further concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at hello@bluhourofficial.com.

What is the exchange policy?

To initiate an exchange, please ensure that the item's tag and hygiene sticker (if applicable) are intact upon receipt, as exchanges cannot be processed if these are removed or damaged. Kindly email hello@bluhourofficial.com with your order number to begin the exchange process. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse.

What is your return policy?

We are currently not accepting returns. Please see our exchange policy.

I received a damaged/incorrect order, what are the next steps?

If you received damaged items, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods at hello@bluhourofficial.com to arrange for an exchange. We kindly request that you provide photographic evidence of the damage for our records.

For exchanges due to ordering the wrong size or color, please email us at hello@bluhourofficial.com to resolve the issue.

How can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been processed, cancellation is not feasible. However, you can initiate an exchange for your order by emailing hello@bluhourofficial.com. This process can be completed after the product has been delivered.

Do you offer repairs on wetsuits?

At this time we do not have a wetsuit repair program. If your wetsuit is damaged, please donate or recycle the suit.

Do you have a physical store?

Bluhour does not have a physical storefront. However, we do have pop-ups around the world so stay tuned to our socials @bluhourofficial for upcoming events in your area!

Do you create custom swimwear or wetsuits?

At this time, Bluhour will accept custom work on a case by case basis. The minimum order is 25 units of each style. Please email us at hello@bluhourofficial.com.

Sizing

Do your items run true to size?

Swimwear: Our swim wear runs true to size. If you have a longer torso or larger bust, order one size up to ensure proper fit. Swim size guide here.

Do your swim tops have cup support?

No, our swim tops do not have cup support but they are double lined. They are designed with minimalism in mind. We recommend that you read each product detail for more information on coverage and fit. 

My wetsuit feels really tight. Is this normal?

In general, a wetsuit should fit snugly again your body but not so tight that you can't breath. While it may feel tight the first time you wear the suit, our wetsuit materials will mold to the shape of your body over time.

Do your neoprene surf suits and swimwear have built in bra support?

Neither have built in bra-support. Our swim tops and neoprene surf suits are designed to provide bust stability in any water activity without the need for extra padding and materials.

For optimal care of your swimwear, follow these guidelines:

  • After each use, rinse your swimsuit with cold water to remove any chlorine, saltwater, or sand.
  • Avoid wringing out your swimsuit, as this can damage the fabric's elasticity.
  • To dry, lay your swimsuit flat on a surface in the shade to prevent fading from direct sunlight exposure.
  • Refrain from applying creams, oils, or sunscreens directly onto your swimsuit to maintain its integrity.
  • Be cautious of rough surfaces as they can cause fabric damage and pilling.
  • Do not iron, tumble dry, or dry clean your swimsuit, as these methods can compromise its quality. Following these steps will help prolong the life of your swimwear, ensuring you look and feel your best swim after swim.
Wetsuit

To maintain the longevity of your wetsuit, follow these essential care instructions:

  • Rinse the wetsuit thoroughly both inside and out with cold water after each use to remove any salt, sand, or debris.
  • Once dry, shake off any excess salt and sand to preserve the fabric's quality.
  • Avoid wringing out the wetsuit to prevent damage to its elasticity.
  • When drying, lay the wetsuit flat on a surface in the shade, avoiding direct sunlight exposure to prevent fading.
  • Refrain from applying creams, oils, or sunscreens directly onto the wetsuit to avoid compromising its material.
  • Be cautious of rough surfaces, as they can cause damage and pilling to the fabric over time.
  • Do not attempt to iron, tumble dry, or dry clean the wetsuit, as these methods can harm its construction.

Adhering to these care guidelines will help prolong the life of your wetsuit, ensuring optimal performance and comfort.

Materials

Do the swimwear and neoprene products provide sun protection?

Yes! All of our products only use the best quality materials. Our swim fabrics are sourced from Italy and they are UPF50. Our neoprene products are made from Yamamoto ecoprene which provide superior sun protection.

What are your neoprene products made from?

Bluhour uses limestone based neoprene sourced from Japan.
